Sea Club V sustained significant damage from Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, saltwater entered all first-floor units, and the A/C units behind the buildings were submerged in salt water, with some displaced from their bases. The spa and pool have also filled with sand and saltwater, and efforts to remove approximately three feet of sand from the parking lots are underway.

We are working closely with our Public Adjuster and Insurance Company to ensure as much is covered as possible. The remediation cleanup work is done and we are now working to hire a contractor to start the remodel phase. A schedule will be completed in the coming weeks.

We encourage all owners to contact the office and ensure we have your email address in our system. Updates are going out regularly via email.

Property Assesment and Planning

On Thursday, October 3, President Benty and Director James Van Der Woulde visited Sea Club V to meet with our management team, insurance agent, WrightWay Emergency Services, and contractors to begin the recovery process following Hurricane Helene.
